Lists. Tasks. Goals. Deadlines. Schedules. Carpool. Coffee. Phone calls. Emails. Remember to call your Mom. Bus stop. Basketball practice. Pick up dinner. Bath-time. Negotiating. Here I am. I am flawed. I am imperfect.
I think I’m not a perfectionist. I think I’m relaxed and fairly self-confident, and then something happens. Something like the sound on the podcast I record with my own equipment without a sound crew (I am the sound crew) is sub-par on an interview I was thrilled to have and with a guest that I absolutely admire and respect. I “Here I am. I am flawed. I am imperfect.”
Remember Your Feminine Body
There are so many aspects to our feminine well-being: physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, creative, erotic, etc. Talking with Nimisha Gandhi reminded me of all the many layers of the feminine body and how easy it is to let go of most of them in order to “take care of things.” Things: other people, children, partners/spouse, work, clients, house and household chores and “Remember Your Feminine Body”

Upon inquiry, she explained it was a prop from a play she and her husband had “Joanne Astrow: Rebel Lessons”
May Lindstrom Musings: “I have a voice.”
After having the lusciously beautiful, elegant, and fiercely authentic May Lindstrom in my home for our interview, I realized two things: 1) You never really know a person’s true beginnings until they tell you their story, 2) Her quote of “Fuck This, I Have a Voice,” should truly be on the back of bumpers, fronts of tee shirts, mugs, banners, “May Lindstrom Musings: “I have a voice.””
